Returns:

Kozan takes customer satisfaction very seriously. That's why we've adopted the attitude that "The Customer IS Always Right".

If you are ever dissatisfied with a product you receive from KozanProducts.com, simply return it within 30 days and we'll be happy to issue you a refund or replacement. In the case of refunds, we may have to deduct 15% for restocking to cover our labor. Of course, if your product is defective, no restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping:

Here at Kozan Products, we strive to keep shipping and handling costs to a minimum for our valued customers. Unlike most other sites on the net, we charge only what the shipper charges and a very modest handling fee ($5.00 as of this writing).  Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

KozanProducts.com uses UPS online shipping module to calculate current shipping rates.

All purchases are shipped via UPS within 48 hours upon validation of the order.
